This study used a qualitative method, the primary data source was obtained from the fifth grade teacher and student guardians. The results of this study stated that the role of parents in the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic for grade V students at SD Inpres Mantawa B consisted of providing study guidance and providing motivation for children's learning. Obstacles faced by parents in helping the learning process of fifth grade students at SD Inpres Mantawa B include internet networks, learning facility constraints, parents' busyness constraints, parents' limited knowledge constraints and constraints regarding the lack of references or student learning resources. The method used is qualitative research in the form of descriptive data using three data collection techniques consisting of: observation, interviews and documentation. The technique for determining informants in this research uses a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that there are obstacles experienced by teachers in improving the learning outcomes of lower class students, namely: low student ability in calistung, students playing more than studying, students making more noise when studying. And high class, namely: lack of understanding of the material provided by the teacher, students' different grasping abilities, difficulty in using IT technology and the teacher cannot convey the material in full. The ways teachers overcome obstacles in improving the learning outcomes of lower class students are: approaching students, providing stimulus in calistung, inviting students to sing, forming student study groups. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The research results obtained through interviews and also using an observation sheet guide show that there are several forms of reward and punishment applied at SD Inpres 1 Balinggi. Forms of reward include: verbal reward (reward in the form of speech) such as "smart", "good job", "correct". Non-verbal rewards such as through body gestures, objects, committee-free awards. The forms of punishment applied at SD Inpres 1 Balinggi include verbal punishment (giving a warning and getting angry only with words), non-verbal punishment (showing an angry face, getting additional assignments). Determining informants using snowball sampling The principal is the key informant. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are prevention of bullying carried out by the Principal and class teachers by instilling good character values, conducting outreach about bullying, taking approaches and providing motivation, creating a safe and comfortable school environment. The prevention is carried out by parents of students by teaching children positive things, instilling character values </em><em>​​</em><em>and religious values. The Head of Elementary School Development prevents school bullying by forming a violence prevention and handling team that carries out outreach about bullying. The implication that occurs after carrying out prevention is that students understand and understand the meaning of bullying, the impact of bullying and the forms of bullying. The importance of strengthening disciplined character is because currently there is a lot of deviant behavior occurring. This research aims to determine teachers' efforts to instill discipline character. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, primary data sources were obtained from 13 teachers consisting of 12 grade 1 principal teachers. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research results obtained show that teachers use several efforts to instill discipline character, namely example, rules, habituation, praise and punishment. Supporting factors in instilling students' disciplined character are supervision or control from the school principal, teachers being directly involved with students, awareness within students. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the students' parents and the environment. The efforts made by teachers at SD Inpres 3 Tondo have achieved good results. With the efforts used by teachers in instilling a disciplined character in students, students can apply discipline to the environment and also to themselves. This research is expected to be a reference in the development and implementation of character education in elementary schools and the community. The type of research used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The data obtained from the questionnaire is then processed into quantitative data by giving each answer a weight. Respondents from this study were grade VI students at SD Negeri 22 Palu. This study, it focuses more on 3 indicators of character education values, namely religious values, honesty, and tolerance. Based on the results of processed descriptive data from 26 respondents who answered the questionnaire, it was found that the implementation of character values ​​with very good, good, and sufficient criteria had a total percentage of 81%. Meanwhile, only 19% included those with fewer criteria. The method used in this study is a class action research method (PTK) through two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The data taken is quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data that is learning outcomes data obtained from the test results and qualitative data, namely data from observations obtained from observation of learning situations. The results of the first cycle of research were completed by 14 people and not completed by 8 people with a percentage of 71,59 classical absorption and 63,63% percentage classical completeness. learning outcomes in the second cycle obtained 20 people completed individually and not completed by 2 people with a percentage of 79,31% classical absorption and 90,91% percentage classical completeness.
