<p>Guru adalah seseorang yang memiliki peran strategis, karena keberadaannya sangat penting dan berkaitan dengan keberhasilan serta kualitas pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru kelas dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Dasar Inpres Rejeki, penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, cara pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, upaya yang di lakukan guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa adalah membentuk kelompok belajar, menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan metode jigsaw, melakukan diskusi atau tanya jawab, melakukan games, memberikan motivasi, memberikan buku cetak, menggunakan alat peraga, media gambar ataupun video, menerapkan kurikulum K13 dan kurikulum merdeka dan melakukan ceramah. Faktor yang dapat menghambat guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar, siswa kurang disiplin, siswa malas ke sekolah, orang tua yang kurang mendukung, alat peraga yang belum dimiliki. Faktor pendukung guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung, perangkat pembelajaran, fasilitas pembelajaran.</p>Septian Kurniawan

<table width="593"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="387"> <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of home learning facilities on students' learning motivation in class V of SD Inpres Bumi Sagu. The research approach used by the researcher was a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis. The population was the total number of class V, which amounted to 31 students. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling so that in this study a total of 15 students were used. Based on the research that has been conducted, the results obtained were: 1) The level of home learning facilities for students of SD Inpres Bumi Sagu is high 13.33% (2 respondents), medium 73.33% (11 respondents) and low 13.33% (2 respondents). So it is included in the medium category. 2) The level of learning motivation at SD Inpres Bumi Sagu is high 13.33% (2 respondents), medium 73.33% (11 respondents) and low 13.33% (2 respondents) so it is included in the medium category. 3) From the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that there is an influence between the variables of home learning facilities and learning motivation. <table width="593"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="387"> <p><em>This study aims to examine the relationship between teacher creativity in teaching and students' interest in learning at SD Inpres 6 Sausu, as well as students' responses to teacher creativity. The study employs a quantitative correlational approach, with sampling selected using Stratified Random Sampling technique. The instruments used include observation sheets, questionnaires, documentation, and validation sheets.The results of the study show that teacher creativity at SD Inpres 6 Sausu is categorized as excellent, with an average percentage of 89.2%. Hypothesis testing using Pearson's product-moment correlation reveals a significant relationship between teacher creativity and students' interest in learning, with a significance value of 0.000 (Sig. 2-tailed < 0.05) and a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.622, indicating a strong relationship. Furthermore, the overall average response percentage reached 89.01%, indicating that the higher the teacher's creativity in teaching, the better the responses given by the students. This study aims to determine the effect of numeracy learning on students' ability to solve mathematical story problems in class V SDN 1 Palu. Using a quantitative pre-experimental method of one group pretest-posttest design. Determination of the sample using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling type. The sample used in data processing was 26 students from a total initial sample of 33 students. The research instruments included teaching modules, test questions, validation sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation. Data analysis used prerequisite tests and hypothesis tests. The test results using the paired sample T-Test showed a significance value of 0.000 (sig. 2 tailed < 0.05) meaning that </em> <em>was accepted and </em> <em>was rejected. This proves that there is a significant effect of numeracy learning on students' ability to solve mathematical story problems in class V SDN 1 Palu. The obstacles for students in solving mathematical story problems lie in the difficulty of understanding concepts, calculation accuracy, and process skills. However, students' responses to numeracy learning were very positive. This is based on student response ratings, 64% of the lowest and 100% highest scores for an "yes" answer on the use of tree media in Indonesian studies. This is because there is a good leadership strategy carried out by the principal in carrying out his duties at school. Based on this, the researcher was interested in conducting research in 15 public elementary schools with the aim of determining the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher performance in accredited A Public Elementary Schools Palu City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study showed that the principal of the Accredited A Public Elementary School Palu City has strategies used to improve teacher performance, namely: implementing discipline, conducting assessments on the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), conducting evaluations, holding supervision programs, holding training (workshops) and implementing a joint leadership system. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. the problems experienced include: lack of understanding of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, problems in implementing P5, lack of teacher ability in using technology, lack of supporting infrastructure in learning and filling out report cards which are quite complicated. In its implementation, the Independent Curriculum has advantages such as the existence of PMM, the existence of P5 learning, teachers and students are given freedom in the teaching and learning process. While the disadvantages of the independent curriculum include: a lot of administration, lack of references, and more time consuming. One of the characters that must be developed in schools is environmental concern, environmental concern is an attitude and action that tries to prevent and repair environmental damage. Environmental education must start early so that students become concerned with their environment and have the opportunity to improve their quality of life and learning abilities in the future. The role of teachers in forming environmental care characters is very important and plays an active role in helping students develop a sense of concern for the environment. Teachers can train and accustom students to maintaining environmental cleanliness and preventing environmental damage by carrying out activities that focus on environmental cleanliness, teachers can also be role models for students by practicing environmental concern in everyday life, such as by carrying out environmental cleaning activities or reducing the use of materials that are harmful to the environment. Students' concern for the environment is very necessary in order to create a comfortable atmosphere, so that the teaching and learning process will also run more conducivelyThis study aims to determine the strategies of teachers in the formation of environmentally caring characters as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of environmentally caring characters at SD Negeri 22 Palu. The method used is qualitative research in the form of descriptive data, using three data collection techniques consisting of: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study obtained indicate that the strategies of teachers in the formation of environmentally caring characters are: routine activities, habits, role models, cooperation, spontaneous activities and integration into subjects. Supporting factors for teachers in the formation of environmentally caring characters are: routine activities, the role of teachers, the role of parents, supporting facilities and the Adiwiyata program.
